ABOUT US
Housing Preservation, Inc. (“HPI”) acquires, rehabilitates, and permanently preserves affordable housing communities which were originally developed under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs. Our mission is to ensure the long term success of this much needed housing stock so the most vulnerable members of our society are housed in safe, secure, and desirable housing communities.
In addition to providing housing, we also provide supportive social services to help our low income seniors and families maximize any and all social services available to them.
Housing Preservation, Inc. (“HPI”) is an affordable housing owner and is focused on the long-term preservation of affordable housing communities. The HPI portfolio consists of communities HPI have acquired from both non-profit and for-profit owners. HPI’s preservation acquisitions have ensured these communities have both remained within the HUD program, and guaranteed they have remained affordable. The Housing Preservation, Inc. team are experts in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation and management of affordable housing communities.
Our portfolio consists of communities from a variety of HUD programs, from Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly, to Section 236, M2M, PRAC, HUD-insured loans, and Project Based Section 8 Rental Assistance.
